Fort Pepperrell Officers’ Mess

The mess is named after Sir William Pepperrell, an American Soldier in the 18th century who is credited with capturing the fortress of Louisburg in 1745.  Fort Pepperrell was built during 1940s by the United States and operated from 1941 to 1961 as part of the Lend-Lease Agreement established between the U.K. and the U.S. in WWII.

Mess Hours 

Summer Hours:

Saturday - Thursday: Closed

Friday: 1400 - 2200 hrs. 

NOTE: If units require bar service outside of these hours, please contact Gene or Stephanie.

Mess Express Hours 

Mess Express sells various lunch, snack, and drink options daily, located on the 4th floor of The Garrison. 

Monday to Friday: 1200 - 1300 hrs. 

Note: Mess express is closed the 1st of every month or the next following business day if the 1st falls on a weekend.
