Boot Camp

This fitness class is designed to improve both muscular strength and cardiovascular stamina by means of intensive, all-over training.  

Age: Must be 16 years of age and older.
  • Those 16 & 17 yrs old must have completed the Youth Cardio & Weight Orientation Training program to attend this program.
Date: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 12:10-12:50pm
Cost: Free to GSH/CAF Members or pay a $3 drop in fee
