Fitness Trail

The fitness trail winds through the Residential Housing Units starting on Church Street by the Apple Bowl.  You can either challenge yourself to the complete entire 2.2 km or just take a short trip around the 1.25 km trail.

The trail consists of nine exercise stations distributed throughout the 2.2 km and 1.25 km sections of the trail.

  1. Station 1 -- Hamstring Stretch and Split Squats.
  2. Station 2  -- Horizontal Pull-Ups
  3. Station 3 -- Jump & Touch
  4. Station 4 -- Multifunction Core Bench
  5. Station 5 -- Stepper
  6. Station 6 -- Pull-Up/Chin-Up Bar
  7. Station 7 -- Parallel Bars
  8. Station 8 -- Vertical Ladder
  9. Station 9 -- Challenge Bars
