Challenge Overview:
- Week 1 (17-23 Nov): Set a target (between 0-8) for the maximum number of drinks you will consume.
- Week 2 (24-30 Nov): Set a new target (between 0-7) and aim for a reduction of at least 1-2 drinks compared to week 1.
- Example: Week 1 - you set a limit of 6 drinks. Week 2 - you set a limit of 4 drinks.
- After completing the online registration, participants will receive a tracking card to monitor their progress.
- Participants: Must be age 19+. Open to: CAF Members (Regular & Reserve Force), Family Members, and Civilian Employees.
- Prizes! Grand prize draw is a YETI Tumbler. To be eligible, submit your verification form by Mon 09 Dec. Draw will be Tues 10 Dec!
- FAQ: If I don’t drink alcohol, can I still participate? YES! Your target will be zero for week 1 and 2.
Tracking Dates:
- Week 1 is from Sun, 17 Nov – Sat, 23 Nov.
- Week 2 is from Sun, 24 Nov – Sat, 30 Nov.
