VFP - Monthly Walking Group - November

Join our walking group! Get out in the fresh air, enjoy some exercise, and chat with our wonderful community of VFP Members, Veterans and their families!

The Veteran Family Program at the KMFRC is inviting our VFP community to join us for our monthly walks at various locations throughout the Kingston and close surrounding areas.  Please check our KMFRC Facebook page for monthly location. We welcome you to join our Email Distribution List to stay up to date and receive last minute notifications.

All ages are welcome! Walks are happening rain, snow or shine (except for more extreme weather).
Registration below is appreciated (though not necessary) to notify you about any last-minute changes to location or for extreme weather cancellations. Drop-ins will always be welcome

Meeting Point for November will be the K&P Trail, meeting in the lot at the end of Dalton Ave.  Close to Sir John A. Blvd.
