About the Instructor:
Corrina AnnePoss is a practitioner who offers a range of services that combine Bio-field tuning forks, yoga, Pilates, Redcord Neuromuscular suspension therapy, massage, and reflexology to assist with pain management. In addition, she utilizes trauma-informed shamanic techniques to support her clients. Yoga and Pilates are physical practices that focus on strength, flexibility, and alignment, while Redcord Neuromuscular suspension therapy challenges the body's stability and strength using suspended ropes and slings. Massage and reflexology are hands-on techniques that aim to release tension and promote relaxation in the body. Shamanic techniques often involve spiritual or energetic practices that aim to promote healing and balance. Trauma-informed approaches to these techniques can help create a safe and supportive environment for individuals who may have experienced trauma or feel triggered by certain practices.
