Old Town Glassworks Workshops

Do you have a crafty side? This event is for you!

  • 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM
  • Old Town Glassworks

This workshop will be run through Old Town Glassworks. Old Town Glassworks is a workers cooperative that has been creating beautiful recycled glassware from rescued bottles on the shores of Great Slave Lake since 1994. Each piece is cut, polished, stenciled, and sand-blasted by hand.

During this workshop you will have the opportunity to create a beautiful piece of glassware for yourself or as a gift for someone special.

For this event you do not need to have any experience working with glass. This is strictly a workshop that will include the history of Old Town Glassworks, how to sand-blast your glass, and time to sand-blast 1 piece of glassware.

There is a limit of 8 spaces per class, so register quick through Bookking here.
