Indoor cycling is a great way to get in shape and have a lot of fun. Benefits of cycling include weight loss, improved strength, and cardiovascular health.

Age: Must be 16 years of age and older.
  • Those 16 & 17 yrs old must have completed the Youth Cardio & Weight Orientation Training program to attend this program.
Date: Mondays 
Time: 12:10-12:50pm
Cost: Free to GSH/CAF Members or pay a $5 drop in fee
