I am now realizing that there is a CF One discount for XYZ. Although I already booked/purchased, is it possible to get reimbursed?
In most cases, discounts cannot be applied retroactively, however please reach out to the Member Service team to inquire and advise.

Why is the Air Canada/WestJet luggage offer not available to family of, or D category?
The CF One Member Appreciation program establishes partnerships with businesses who wish to offer a discount to the CAF Community, and while we encourage partners to extend their discount to the entire membership this may not be the policy for all businesses.

Which offers are for the CF category?
Discounts extended to Currently Serving members will be indicated as “Currently Serving are eligible for …” in the first paragraph of each listing.

Which offers are for the V category?
Discounts extended to Veteran members will be indicated as “Veterans are eligible for…” in the first paragraph of each listing.

Which offers are categories other than CF?
Discounts extended to all members will be indicated as “CF One Members are eligible for….” in the first paragraph of each listing.

Why is GoodLife not accepting my card number?
GoodLife imports a list of all new CF One members on the 1st and 15th of each month (or the Monday following should either date fall on a weekend).

Why is GoodLife not accepting my Veteran card number?
If you hold a Veteran status card with the code V on your card: please enter “CF Appreciation for Canadian Veterans” in the Company/Organization field upon registration. If you are a Currently Serving member with a CF or any other designation aside from V on your card, please enter “CF Appreciation for CAF Community” in the Company/Organization field upon registration.

What are the benefits for D Category (P Category, etc.)?
Members holding a card with a D designation may take advantage of any discount wherein the discount listing indicates it is extended to all CF One Members.

Are there any discounts available in the US/Europe?
Yes. You can find discounts in specific area’s by modifying the red location box next to the search box.

I am a D category; can I use the VIA Rail discount?
Yes. All CF One Members are eligible for the VIA Rail discount.

Why is Via Rail not accepting my digital card?
VIA Rail does accept the digital version of your card. Please let the Member Service team know which station declined your card so the CF One Member Appreciation team can be notified and ensure employees at that location are educated on the discount.

Why did Via Rail not honour the discount for my baby who does not yet have their own CF One card? Your listing says, “Valid for eligible members and up to a maximum of five (5) family members on the same dates and same class of services."
*Family members may include the qualifying member’s spouse/partner (including common law), children (including children for whom the qualifying member is a legal guardian), parents, grand parents, great-grand parents, grand children or great-grand children. Please let the Member Service team know which station declined your eligible family member so the CF One Member Appreciation team can be notified and ensure employees at that location are educated on the discount.

Can my wife use my CF One card for the Via Rail discount?
Spouses are eligible for their own CF One card, which they can then use to receive the VIA Rail discount. Please visit https://cfmws.ca/about-us/cfone-registration to apply for a CF One card.

Is the GM Canada offer only for serving and veteran CAF Members or does this also include serving and veteran RCMP Members?
Only Currently Serving and Veteran members of the Canadian Armed Forces are eligible for the GM Canada offer. Serving and Veteran RCMP Members hold a CF One card with a Extended Defence designation (D).

Why do Veterans have a higher discount rate at GoodLife than active CF members?
