Pre-Departure Services 

If your loved one is preparing to leave due to military obligations, we invite you to access the following services:

• request a deployment form at mfsncr@cfmws.com
• Submit your updated Family Care Plan to your OR (FCP Declaration DND Form 2886);
• Complete MFS-NCR Emergency Childcare Plan and store in a centralized location;
• Counselling for children, couples, families, and individuals;
• Quarterly “Road to Mental Readiness” (R2MR) sessions;
• Information sessions and workshops for partners, spouses and parents;
• Online deployment package;
• Information package for teachers and educators;
• Resource library.
