Personal Training in the National Capital Region

By working with one of our qualified Fitness Instructors, we will fine tune a training program to help you achieve goals and progress to a high fitness level. The process begins with an initial consultation (virtual or in person if available) to outline to client’s goals, injuries/ limitation as well as a brief movement screening to identify lack of mobility or biomechanics. Once complete, the fitness instructor will create a fine tuned program for that client depending on both the goals and needs of the clients. Following the program design, the PSP Fitness Instructor will provide a program walkthrough to make sure you are comfortable and confident with the exercises you have been presented.
