  • Session 5 – 17 Feb 26 (Plan for High-Risk Situations)
  • Session 6 – 24 Feb 26 (Keeping your Weight in check)
  • Session 7 – 3 Mar 26 (Remain a Non-Smoker)
  • Session 8 – 10 mar 26 (Follow-up sessions)
