To register for your FORCE Evaluation, please visit PSPs page on JTFN's Sharepoint site.

All FORCE Evaluations take place at the Multiplex Gymnasium (41 Kam Lake Road) every other Thursday at either 0900-1030 or 1030-1200 starting 15 Sept 2022. Please sign up for a date that is minimum 48 hrs away. Sign ups after this time may not be accepted.

Please note that there are protocols in place due to COVID 19:

- A mask is recommending when arriving at the facility, but not mandatory

- arrive within 10 mins of the scheduled start time

- change rooms are now available, provide yourself enough time to change prior to your evaluation beginning

- 2 water fountains are available

- you will not be permitted into the facility if you are experiencing any COVID like symptoms

- All available dates are open to any member needing an Evaluation

- A limited number of spots are offered per time slot. You will be notified if you sign up before the option is deleted below.
