All FORCE Evaluations take place at the Multiplex Gymnasium (41 Kam Lake Road). Please sign up for a date that is minimum 48 hrs away. Sign ups after this time may not be accepted.

Please note that there are protocols in place:

- arrive within 10 mins of the scheduled start time

- change rooms are available, provide yourself enough time to change prior to your evaluation beginning

- 2 water fountains are available

- All available dates are open to any member needing an Evaluation

- A limited number of spots are offered per time slot. You will be notified if you sign up before the option is deleted below.
