Manitoba Health Card must be applied for within 90 days of your arrival in Manitoba as your home province ceases to cover you after that time.

Calian Military Family Doctor Referral Program
Calian Health, in partnership with DND, is pleased to present the Calian Military Family Doctor Referral Program. The goal of this referral program is to expedite the process of obtaining a physician for military families when they are relocated and significantly reduce the number of military families without a family physician.

Family Doctor Finder Program
The Family Doctor Finder helps to connect Manitobans to a family doctor, nurse practitioner or paediatrician.
If you live in Manitoba and need a regular health care provider you can call the line to register with the program. When you call you will be asked for basic information about you, including where you live and your preferences for the type of provider (ex. gender, location, spoken language).
