When necessary, the youth team is available for individual meetings to respond to youths different needs. 

Anxiety Management workshop 

Groups for youth who are having difficulty managing anxiety. Series of meetings with the aim of teaching the necessary skills to effectively deal with stress, difficulties, and changes. 

Chit-Chart Dinner: Just For Truth 

Preventive workshops for youths 12 to 17 years old. During meetings, various topics are discussed (romantic relationships, alcohol, drugs, sexuality, sexual orientation, social media, etc.).  

P.E.P.P. Project (Perseverance, Education, Personal Project) 

The P.E.P.P. project aims at preventing school dropout. Participants register at the beginning of the school year, and identify academic goals along with a personal motivational project. Many prizes could be won at the end of the school year. 

Le Repaire youth club

Le Repaire youth club welcomes youths to a healthy environment which promotes a sense of belonging, facilitating their integration and development. The youth club is supervised by a team of qualified and dynamic counsellors who are there to support, empower, and encourage youths throughout life’s journeys. Youths attending Le Repaire have access to several activities, structured and not (pooltable, baby-foot, video games, board games, music, etc.), and preventive workshops.  For youths aged 12 through 17.

Valcar-Co Youth Cooperative 

RESPONSIBLE AND MOTIVATED YOUTH AT YOUR SERVICE, SUMMER AND WINTER. 

The Youth co-op is a group of teenagers, who come together to create their own job. They join forces to determine which services they wish to offer the community. Guided by the Youth Team, youths develop skills and attitudes that will help them to integrate with the labour market.
