The Valcartier Military Family Resource Centre has prepared this simple Video explanation. 

Mandatory information for sending parcels: 

Your package must be identified with the Canada Post form, the recipient's address and a summary label of the package contents.

Absence Support Counsellors can assist you in preparing packages Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm. We remind you that it’s best to make an appointment. 

 The building can be open in the evening, but it is preferable to call the absence and support counsellor to confirm the schedules. 

The building is not open on holidays and will also be closed in the evening during the summer months. 

All the materials necessary to prepare your package are available onsite.
