What is Your Career Path?
Your Career Path is a multi-week program that includes one-to-one career counselling, career exploration, goal-setting, individual assignments and career planning tools.

How can I benefit from the program?
Military families relocate frequently, which impacts the careers of military spouses and partners. Work with Military Family Services career counsellors to explore career options, set goals and create a customized career plan that works with your military family lifestyle.

How much time should I commit?
Plan to spend a minimum of 2-to-3 hours per week for 5-to-10 weeks.

How is the program structured?
Participate in five individual career counselling sessions (online or by telephone), complete assignments related to your own career exploration and goals and create a career map.

Who is eligible?
This program is available to serving and non-serving military spouses and partners. Priority is for applicants who cannot access employment counselling through their local MFRC.

The winter 2022 selection for Your Career Path is now complete. Please check back in Fall 2022 for information about our next program offering.
