Employment Assistance Program in Suffield

You and your family face many unique stressors associated with the military lifestyle, all affecting your ability to find or maintain employment and/or pursue a career. Relocation, deployment concerns, temporary postings, provincial accreditations and foreign credentials are all barriers to employment. It is our objective to assist civilian spouses and youth in meeting your employment goals; the MFRC offers employment assistance to connect you with local services who can provide the following: 

• Job information 
• Resume writing resources 
• Assistance in compiling powerful cover letters 
• Developing an effective job search system 
• Creating and implementing a career plan 
• Preparation for potential job interviews 
• Information on training facilities and educational opportunities
