Registration for Deployment Services

CAF members who are deploying for 30 days or more are required to complete a Family Information Form and submit it to the SWOMFRC. We also encourage family members to contact one of our Coordinators,  directly to learn more about deployment services.

For Families with Dependent Children

All families are required to have a Family Care Plan in place. This is particularly important when the CAF member is away from home, including short but frequent periods of family separation.  If you do not have one, please contact Melissa Figueiredo, Coordinator or 519-660-5275 x 625-5432.
