Youth Cardio and Strength Training Orientation in Shilo

Our Youth Cardio and Strength Training Orientation is offered throughout the year to give individuals between the ages of 13-17 an opportunity to use our facility and receive education on training principles to enhance their conditioning and help them to safely and effectively participate in strength and cardiovascular training.
 
Orientation Details:

  • Registrants will receive an information package which includes a strength training program.
  • Registration forms are to be picked up and dropped off to GSH front desk.
  • Deadline to register is 1200 the day before the orientation.
  • This orientation will take approximately 2 hours and is free of charge.
  • Individuals attending the orientation are required to come dressed in appropriate workout attire.
  • Participants must pass a follow-up session to qualify for access to the cardio, aerobic and weight rooms.
