Extramural Golf Program in the National Capital Region
Golf Regional Playdowns
- Dates: Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th June 2025.
- Times: Tee times will be between 13:00 and 14:00. Exact timings will be confirmed once all participants have been registered.
- Location: Hylands Golf Club (2101 Alert Rd, Ottawa, ON).
A maximum of 20 men and 10 women will be accepted for the regional team tryout. Selection for the regional team will be based on the athletes' total score over their two rounds. Six men and three women will be selected to compete in the regional golf championships, which will take place at Hylands Golf Club from 14 to 17 July 2025.

Note: Players must have a handicap under 20 to tryout for the team.

Intramural Golf Program in the National Capital Region
All regular and reserve force members are eligible. The league will host sorting rounds to determine handicap, followed by competitive league play. Foursomes will be randomly generated following registration and sorting.
Schedule
We are excited to welcome golfers back for the 6th year of the CAF Intramural Golf League at Hylands Golf Club. This league is exclusive to CAF members. Play will take place from 20 May to 26 August 2025.
Due to Canada Day and CAF regional championships, there will be no play on July 1st and July 15th. Members DO NOT have to be a part of the intramural program or be a member of Hylands Golf Club in order to participate in the playdowns for the Ottawa Nationals regional team. The 13-week season will include four sorting rounds from 20 May to 10 June, followed by nine weeks of competition on Tuesday afternoons. Tee times will be between 14:00 and 16:00 each week. However, depending on demand, tee-off times may be scheduled before 14:00 or after 16:00.

Registration is limited to 100 participants and is available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration fees for the 2025 season can be found on the golf genius link when proceeding to registration process.
