The goal of the Fitness section at 15 Wing Moose Jaw is to provide effective and dynamic fitness services to Military members. All of the public funded fitness services provided by the Fitness Staff are free of charge to all military members.
We are here to help you meet your fitness needs as a CAF member and offer a number of programs to help you reach your goals.

We offer a variety of lunch fitness classes at 15 Wing for CAF members including:

Strength and Conditioning
Each class offers a variety of training options so come in ready for ANYTHING! If you are looking to become a healthier you this is the perfect class. Strength & Conditioning will provide you with cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength, endurance, power, and flexibility training. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

FORCE - Practice
Are you struggling to meet your operational demands, nervous about your next FORCE evaluation? This is a class for you, Operationally Fitness tailors a specific fitness sessions in order to improve your physical fitness and practice your operational duties in order to complete your FORCE evaluation successfully.
First Tuesday of each month at 0745-0830hrs - for CAF members ONLY! -
Core/mobility
This class is designed to build core muscle groups with a variety of exercises that strengthen (abdomen and back muscles) plus improving flexibility.

Instructor's choice
Join our Instructor's Choice class, where our instructors will lead you through a workout. Each session may include:
Strength Training, Conditioning Drills, Spinning, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Stretching, Metcon, Kettlebells, Tabata, sports And more!
Prepare for a 20-40 minute session that will challenge, engage, and energize you. Come ready to adapt, sweat, and have fun!
