At 15 Wing Moose Jaw, we provide dynamic, effective fitness services exclusively for CAF members. All of the public funded fitness services provided by the Fitness Staff are free of charge to all military members.

Fitness Classes

Lunch Hour Fitness at 15 Wing: We offer a variety of quick, effective fitness classes during lunch for CAF members (PSP Plan members are welcome to join lunch classes)—perfect for staying active without disrupting your day! Choose from: Functional & Mobility: Improve flexibility, stability, and movement quality to feel and perform your best. Strength & Conditioning (40 min): A fast-paced, full-body workout designed to build strength and endurance—ideal for a power-packed lunch break. Stay strong, stay ready—join us and make the most of your lunch hour!

  • Strength and Conditioning
    Strength & Conditioning – 40 Minutes (12:10-12:50hrs) Tuesdays & Thursdays
    Power up your lunch break! This fast-paced class delivers a full-body workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling energized—all in just 40 minutes. Perfect for busy schedules: hit the gym, crush your workout, and be back at your desk before the break is over. All fitness levels welcome!
  • Functional & Mobility
    Wednesdays at 1210-1250hrs.
    Enhance your strength, flexibility, and movement quality with this dynamic class focused on functional exercises and mobility drills. Perfect for improving everyday movement, reducing stiffness, and boosting overall performance. Suitable for all fitness levels.
  • FORCE Practice

    FORCE Practice
    Feeling nervous about your upcoming FORCE evaluation? This session is designed to help you practice the actual FORCE components in a supportive environment before your official test day. Build confidence, refine your technique, and get familiar with the requirements so you can perform at your best.

    When: First Tuesday of every month, 0745–0830 hrs
