• Consultations for individuals, couples and families to address issues they are dealing with and to guide their actions to resolve those issues 
• A reference to the appropriate resources to address current or future needs 
• Workshops in the fall and spring on “Transition Strategies for Military Members Being Medically Released and Their Spouses” or on demand (individual or conjugal) 
• Conferences 
• Courses and training sessions (e.g. first aid related to mental health; finances, insurance and releases) 
• Etc.
