Planning for your reunion

Many families find the first few weeks after the military member’s return from deployment at least as stressful as the separation. Just as it is difficult to adjust to a new routine when your family member leaves, it can be equally difficult to readjust when they return. The initial reunion is easy; however, the adjustment period can be difficult in the days and weeks that follow. Our Family Counselor can provide you with resources to support your family through this adjustment period.
