    Mango:  An interactive learning application that uses visual and sounds for learning over 72 languages. It’s free with a library card. 
    Mauril: Free application for learning French or English in a fun new way, with programs from CBC/Radio-Canada. 
    Language Portal of Canada Resources: Access free tools to improve your knowledge of English and French. Polish your writing skills with our quizzes, contribute to the Our Languages blog, and explore a selection of language-related Canadian links.

    Babbel: The comprehensive learning system combines effective education methods with state-of-the-art technology  
    Oxford Learning : Offers English Second Language learning for 3 – 18 year old students.
  • Services specific for children
    Little Pim: This service is designed for children under 6 years old, and teaches up to 10 languages. It is free with a Kingston Frontenac Public Library card.
    Voila e-learning: Offers free online homework support in French, English and Math for CAF families. Children also have the opportunity to practice their French and English and play French games on the platform.

    Allies Web: This service uses the competency levels of the Canadian Armed Forces Second Language evaluation and allows participants to prepare for their language test. Participants practice reading, writing, listening, speaking and maintaining their language skills, while focusing on the skills they need. 
    Termium Plus: One of the largest terminology and linguistic databases that give users access to millions of terms in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
