Noon Hour Fitness
Noon Hour Fitness classes are instructor lead classes, designed for everyone at any fitness level, which allow you to participate at your own pace. Classes are offered at the CFB Kingston Base Gym, from Monday to Friday from 1200 to 1245hrs.
How to join Noon Hour Fitness:
Step 1: Begin by filling out a Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnification Agreement Form.
Step 2: Look at the Noon Hour Fitness schedule below and decide what classes interest you.
Step 3: Attend the class of your choice. Living a healthy and active lifestyle is all up to you!
