FORCE Prep:

Need to prepare for the FORCE Evaluation? Force Prep classes are a traditional circuit class that will incorporate shuttling, sprinting, lifting and dragging to prepare members for the new FORCE test. Members can work at their own pace, making this class suitable for all levels. View the Forces in Training fitness schedule for dates and times at your local gym.
