Requests in Europe

• CAF Members looking at participating in an Out-Service Sports must fill out the Out-Service Request Form and submit to Guy Boudrias, Mgr FS&R, NLT 35 days prior to the first day of competition.
• The Out-Service Request is then forwarded to the National Sports Office for approval NLT 30 days prior to first day of competition.
