Unit Health Promotion Representative positions are voluntary (secondary duty) positions and provide support to the Health Promotion (HP) team by helping promote HP programming, campaigns and events within their individual units.

Unit Health Promotion Training (UHPR)

Are you interested in becoming a Unit Health Promotion Representative (UHPR)? UHPRs are required to have the permission of their CO and to take this half day training program to introduce them to the work of Health Promotion in the Formation, they are the main point of contact for relaying all course, program and campaign and special event information. UHPRs are health conscious (non smoker, responsible drinker, physically active, resilient and proactive) and have the approval of their CO.
