Health Promotion in Esquimalt 

All Health Promotion Programs are free of charge and open to CAF members (regular and reserve), their spouses, all DND employees (Public and Non-Public) and veterans.

Winter 2026 Schedule & Registration Form

All classes are held upstairs in the classroom in the Naden Athletic Centre and the attire is civilian dress. We recommend dressing in layers for your comfort. Parking is available in the lots located in front, behind, and to the west side of Naden Athletic Centre. 

 All Health Promotion Courses, including Respect in the CAF, are voluntary and educational workshops. They are not occupational training.
