The MFRC offers confidential support, information and referral to individuals with disabilities as well as caregivers of children, youth, and adults with disabilities.

Set up a one-on-one session with the Community Services and Evaluations Advisor for a tailored list of resources and local/provincial support services to meet the unique needs of each family.
