• Managing Angry Moments (MAM)
  This course is generally provided as two full days (0800-1600hrs) over the period of two weeks; however, for requesting units, this can be customized. For example, providing four half days.
  
  This workshop is available free of charge and open to CAF members (regular and reserve), their spouses and dependents aged 18+, cadets and rangers, foreign military personnel on exchange posting or training with the CAF, civilian Defence Team employees, and veterans. 
  
  A HRMS code is provided.
