Cold Lake Fitness Classes

Your 4 Wing Military Fitness & Sports team run a variety of fitness classes to help support you in your fitness goals. Classes are located at the Col J.J. Parr Sports Centre.

  • Early Bird Fitness

    They say the early bird gets the worm, so make fitness your goal to complete right at the start of the day!

    This is a free drop-in class for Military, DND, NPF and any Col J.J. Parr Sports Centre member.

    Classes are Monday - Friday from 6:15 am - 7:00 am.

    Monday: Vinyasa Flow Yoga
    Tuesday: Strength & Conditioning
    Wednesday: Spin
    Thursday: Strength & Conditioning

  • Fitness Fundamentals
    Fitness Fundamentals is designed for military members who are looking for assistance in passing and improving their performance on the FORCE evaluation.

    Classes are Monday - Friday from 7:45 am - 8:30 am at the Col J.J. Parr Sports Centre.

    Monday: Strength
    Tuesday: Cardio Intervals
    Wednesday: Strength
    Thursday: Cardio Endurance
    Friday: Yoga
  • Fit Mix Program
    This drop in class is geared towards all fitness levels. Join us for a lunch hour workout that provides a great MIX of fitness modalities and provides a well-rounded workout routine Monday - Friday.  This is also a great place to be if you are looking to improve your FORCE test results.
