Mental Health Support in Central Saskatchewan

The CSMFRC utilizes programs and services available within your community and the surrounding community.  With the guidance and support of a social worker providing services on a contractual basis, we work with you to ensure your needs are being met.

Some mental health courses we host on a regular basis are:

  • Mental Health First Aid
  • ASIST - Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training

We also provide connections to support services such as Family Support Services, Mental Health Crisis/Mobile Unit.

We adapt our program to meet the greater community needs and will offer classes based on the interest presented to us.
